Proctor - "You Have A Place In Proctor"
Proctor is a small city, located atop a prominent 600 foot bluff at the western end of Lake Superior and overlooks the beautiful city of Duluth.
Proctor is a railroad town and was created in 1892. It's population today is approximately 2,800. With new developments in housing this number is on the rise.
Residents of Proctor enjoy the urban qualities of a healthy and diverse economy, excellent schools, an abundance of recreational activities and events. At the same time, they appreciate the comforts and conveniences of small town life - affordable housing, friendly people and low crime.
